How to use this index
Practical rules for citations on this site
- Direct linking: Each citation is a standalone entry with a permanent ID for bookmarking and article citations.
- Primary-source preference: We prioritize original documents, archival records, official filings, and contemporaneous periodicals.
- Status disclosures: Court documents are cited with attention to procedural posture (alleged, filed, adjudicated, dismissed, settled).
- Hosted copies: When we host a scan or exhibit (for example, a Google Drive PDF), the hosted copy is labeled as such and linked separately.

Stability is part of trust
